First10 was Australia’s premier Careers & Education program for Secondary School Career Advisors, as it helped students make better and more educated decisions about their future career and education options. Their site was outdated, difficult to use, and not compatible with mobile devices. It didn't accurately reflects First10’s leading position in the marketplace, and required a total rebuild with a focus on company profiles.

With a strong focus on usability and improved navigation, as well as a clean and uplifting visual rebrand, we were able to design a much more simple and faster mobile first website, with an engaging content that inspired users to learn more about the companies featured on the site. See the site
Product Strategy, Design and branding
My name is Bruno Silva. I’m a Brazilian Designer based in Toronto currently working as a freelancer. For the last couple of years I worked as a senior designer for Ignite Online
designing for clients like Explore Careers, Salesian School, Gerald Hotel and International Grammar School. And also for Westcon
, where I was responsible for the design of their main digital products which are being deployed all over Latin America and the US.
I am fortunate to have started working in the digital industry in 2002 when I was still in design school. During my career as a Designer, I've worked at studios, agencies, startups, and multinational corporations. I have a strong experience working holistically from UX/UI design to visual and creative direction, designing interfaces for large-scale web projects and apps.
To me, design is solving problems, and in my experience, a good result can't be achieved without first understanding the problem and then exhaustively exploring and iterating on design solutions.
